  Barre3 is one of the best workout experiences I’ve had. The classes are amazing, the instructors are outstanding and the atmosphere is positive and super encouraging. I look forward to every class and can’t say enough good things about this studio!

  I had such a great experience with barre3 while visiting the area! I had the opportunity to take Strength and Cardio with Erin and Signature with Jillian, experiencing classes at both the Royal Oak and Birmingham studios, and I have nothing but great things to say! The instructors are full of energy, encouraging, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Each workout was different, challenging in the best way! The front desk teams were equally amazing…friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in explaining class options, packages, and the studios. Both locations were welcoming and well-organized! I highly recommend barre3 Royal Oak and Birmingham if you’re looking for a great full-body workout, amazing energy, and a team that makes you feel right at home! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town! 💪🏼💕

  All of the classes get me sweating and feeling great! This method transformed my body and made me feel so strong. Highly recommend!! Birmingham has a great play lounge too so you can get those workouts in without having to worry about childcare.

  Awesome studio! I love the variety of class formats, instructors, and intensity whenever I step through the door. If you haven't been yet, now is the time.
