My dad doesn’t hear well and the caregivers are patient, even writing to communicate with him. The scheduler bends over backwards to ensure that all shifts are covered for my Dad. I highly recommend this company.

Very low staffing and even less communication. I would suggest putting in cameras if you are stuck with this agency. So grateful to be able to take out the trash and start anew. If you scroll down and see Julie Nye’s review just know she is supervisor there.
- DCDorothy CunninghamJan 4, 20245.0The Birmingham location of Arcadia has been caring for my dad for 10 months. The caregivers are professional, kind and compassionate. The Scheduler works hard to provide consistency and replacements when needed asap. My dad currently has care 5 days per week (3 caregivers) and all of the caregivers are wonderful. The initial intake process was very thorough, which allowed them to match the caregivers with my dad‘s needs. My dad doesn’t hear well and they are very patient with him. The caregivers have improved his quality of life and taken a load off of me. I highly recommend Arcadia Home Care.
- JNJulie NyeJun 29, 20175.0The care givers I had were not only kind and compassionate, they came in and asked me how I would like them to perform with me letting them know what I wanted done that day, or to go ahead and follow the plan left in the home by the nurse. They were all self starters which I appreciated as just being released from the hospital I really did not have the energy to direct them. It was an overall good experience.
