Our Behavioral Health Department provides a team approach toward patient-centered care. The treatment team is comprised of the primary care providers and behavioral health specialists. Master-level behavioral health clinicians provide psycho-social assessments and short-term individual and family counseling. Psychological evaluations and medication management provided by a behavioral health psychiatrist may also be incorporated into the patient’s care. In addition, the Behavioral Health Department provides community resource referrals for substance abuse detox and treatment and other community services.
