  I had my first mammogram experience 2 weeks ago that resulted in more scans and a biopsy. Such a scary experience but the staff at this center were amazing. I dealt with Katie and Jennifer multiple times and both were wonderful and understanding. Dr. Payne was amazing. He really made sure he answered any questions and made sure I understood everything going on. This is a great place.

  Top notch center located in Bronson Battle Creek hospital. It’s received a remodeling recently that makes it even homier than before. The staff are professional & compassionate. A recent change to check-in at the general hospital registration vs in the Mary Coleman center. This change hasn’t affected efficiency.

  The woman at the front desk refused to communicate with me. I am profoundly deaf and wear hearing aids. She instead ignored me and talked over me to my husband. She got a piece of paper but had half a word written on it and was doing a lot more talking through her mask at me, but mostly with my husband, instead of trying to communicate with me by writing. I told her that I'm right here that if she doesn't want to communicate with me she needed to find someone who would, and she didn't want to do that. I got up and told her I didn't want to expend my energy, time and money dealing with a place that doesn't want to work with my disability and left. I will take my business elsewhere.
