  Grace health isxaxaersome place to have to go if you have to go. The girls and guys are very helpful and know there business.

  Not only is the pharmacy convenient, it's ran efficiently. The staff are always amazing and they actually care. I've only had a couple minor issues and it's from the automated phone refill. Everytime I have a question, or need something filled they get right on it. I know that when I call to fill my prescriptions that they will be done the same day. The staff seems to stay pretty consistent making a great atmosphere.

  Got a phone call AND a text that my prescription was ready, which was nice, but when I went to pick it up, I had to ask three different questions across about 5 minutes to determine that they had filled the script incorrectly. When I asked if it could be delivered because I couldn’t physically handle going back out today (I’m an autistic chronic pain and fatigue sufferer), they told me I couldn’t get scheduled for delivery until tomorrow. I needed it today, so I asked them to please fill it the right way, and left to try and recharge at home for the trip back. Get a second text that it’s ready, and I drive back. Three people behind three registers, and only one is open. Myself and another person who had received “Prescription Ready” messages standing in line, looked at, ignored, as employees chatted to one another and laughed about something that must’ve been hysterical. A man sitting in the chairs is called to pick his script up, though we were there waiting and our prescriptions were already finished. “Ok, fine.” I figure, “I’ll wait until he’s done.” The woman who had been there in line before I got there gives me an annoyed look. After he leaves the window, another minute or so goes by with myself and the other woman in line being ignored, and another person gets called, rather than us being served. I look at the woman who had been there in line for awhile before me, obviously even more irritated at getting passed over for a second time, so I call out to the woman behind the counter that, “You’ve got two people who have been here in line waiting!” The woman whose name was just called starts yelling at me about how she had “BEEN WAITING HERE FOR THIRTY MINUTES” already “WITH MY CHIYul-DUH!” Then the employee who had been ignoring me and the other woman in line had the audacity to apologize to the woman whose name was called and was yelling at me, rather than to us for ignoring us. First time getting a script filled here. Absolutely will be the last. I’ve been extremely happy with the service and promptness at Twin Valley on Columbia for years, the only reason I used Grace Health this time was because Twin Valley was out of needles and I was told by my doctor that Grace would have pre-filled syringes of B-12 to fill my script with (they didn’t). Sticking with Twin Valley on Columbia from now on, and you should, too. Ma’am, if you ever see this- you don’t know me, or how hard it is for me (physically and mentally) to leave my house, and you CHOSE to sit there waiting “WITH (your) CHIYul-DUH!” and I was there, through no fault of my own for the second time today, when my prescription was ready, being ignored by the staff who were serving you and others first. Though I clarified to you that I was not addressing you in any way, shape, or form, but trying to let the employees know they were overlooking those of us in line, you started yelling at me, of all things screaming at me to “BE KIND!” when you took it upon yourself to believe I must’ve been talking directly to you rather than raising my voice so the people behind the counter could hear me. Your advice to me to be kind is sound, and I think you should take it. Try to be understanding that there are illnesses and challenges that you don’t see, and that maybe you don’t see the whole situation. I was trying to stick up for the woman who had been there being passed over even longer than I had as well as myself, I wasn’t talking to you, and it didn’t need to be an altercation that almost gave me a panic attack and probably left you feeling angry as well. I hope your medicine. helps you and you get to enjoy your summer.
