  On 9/21/26 Monday . I had all my teeth pulled. 😬 and the Dr.Davies and his assistant were very good and made me feel comfortable and just over all a good team. I'm so happy for my new smile 😃. Thank you Dr.Davies and helper.

  I’ve been using Grace Health as my PCP since I was a child, overall my experience has been great up until they made the switch away from human scheduling, the Ai scheduling service is intolerable. I’ve tried to ignore it for the last few months however I just got a call asking my to call and setup an appointment, when I called and was greeted with the Ai scheduler it took me two times going in circles just to get the appointment setup. There is no reason to be so disconnected from humanity we are stuck with an Ai chatbot that sucks. This has really ruined my feelings towards Grace Health. I’m going to start researching replacements for Calhoun/Kalamazoo area.

  Been coming to Grace Health since 2018 and had pretty good experience up until February 2026, they stuck me with a new doctor Dr. Minir and she's the worst ever, I have Severe, debilitating Rheumatoid arthritis and she cut my pain medication down significantly after taking same dosage for 14 years, I missed a appointment, now she cut me off my pain medication, i am having all kinds of issues now, with one being hardly able to walk now, and my knee swelling from joint pain, I had to go to a Rheumatologist and get fluid drained from my knee, I never had a problem until they stuck me with Dr.Minir, I asked for a different doctor, but kept putting me with her, now I basically can't do much, I've had the worst summer ever, had to find a new doctor but can't get an appointment until end of August,. I wouldn't recommend Dr.minir to my worst enemy, she's a control freak and doesn't like to listen to you and cuts people off their medications that they need to be able to properly live a somewhat normal life, I'm in Pain constantly and can't hardly walk now because of Dr.Minir and not listening to my concerns.

  Great medical facility with many services under one roof. There is a primary care physician located here as well as a Laboratory for blood draws, a walk in clinic, a pharmacy and I'm sure there are other specialists but I'm not aware of what they are. Fast and friendly

  Update: 9.11.26 its happened again. No return call, no response from provider. New patient appt set for 12.11.2026. Its not my Doctors fault, its the way they run their health care system. No one cares about your health at Grace Health, everything you ask them for has a window of 2 days to get back to you then they dont follow up and you call again and its another 2 day wait. Can't ever see my Doc as I'm always seeing someone else's, everyone drops the ball on important matters of your health. All they care about is the insurance money and the $$ they charge hard working people when they have absolutely no follow up. From sending refills to the wrong pharmacy and not refilling as requested, to not calling back after emergency meds were needed after they didnt fill a script correctly to blowing me off after being approved for a procedure and the orders not being filled out or sent to never being able to get an appt with MY doc so all of the above doesn't happen. Just dont waste your time, you will hear more about them wanting to care for you, than actually caring. Time to find a new provider that does care.
