No one cares about your health at Grace Health, everything you ask them for has a window of 2 days to get back to you then they dont follow up and you call again and its another 2 day wait. Can't ever see my Doc as I'm always seeing someone else's, everyone drops the ball on important matters of your health. All they care about is the insurance money and the $$ they charge hard working people when they have absolutely no follow up. From sending refills to the wrong pharmacy and not refilling as requested, to not calling back after emergency meds were needed after they didnt fill a script correctly to blowing me off after being approved for a procedure and the orders not being filled out or sent to never being able to get an appt with MY doc so all of the above doesn't happen. Just dont waste your time, you will hear more about them wanting to care for you, than actually caring. Time to find a new provider that does care.

If you are a woman seeking reproductive care, queer, or trans, don't go to this clinic. I never felt more disrespected by a medical professional here, and they don't seem to understand that a person can make enough money to not qualify for assistance and still struggle to afford medical care. They've prevented me from getting my medications because they simply don't listen when I've told them my situation every time I've been in contact with them, and the doctor herself doubted the necessity of my medications despite the fact that I've been on them for years as prescribed by a medical professional who had actual compassion for people who aren't cishet. Edited after reading other reviews because it seems they don't even care about pregnant women either. Damned if you do want kids and damned if you don't here.

If you are a neurodivergent in any way or if you have any kind of chronic illness and you can go to any other doctor office, I suggested you do so. I've been trying to get help from them for years because I can't afford anywhere else. But they keep not following through so I'm not actually being helped all that much.

This place just cannot get it together. My wife and I have an issue EVERY single time that we need to get our meds from the pharmacy. I have given up on even trying to get mine because I am so frustrated. For THREE days now, my wife has called about her medications and has been told “we are currently filling them.” Only to get there and be told “oh no, they’re out of stock.” Or my personal favorite “you need a new script from the doctor.” So then when she calls to confirm they tell her “oh, I don’t know why someone told you that. They are just not in stock right now.” Apparently nobody knows how to read things in their system or do their job. You ask for a manager and can’t speak to one and are told that one will call you back… here we are 3 days later and no manager has called. Crazy that people depend on life saving medications and GH can’t be bothered to fill them, update their patient, or even follow up like they say they will. Definitely finding a new PCP and Pharmacy.

Zero stars! I went here to establish a pcp and discuss my inflammation as well as my feet issues. Dr.David was not a very good doctor to see for this. Her bedside manner was cold, it was difficult to understand her as well as her communication skills were lacking. She said that my feet pain was due to being overweight and there’s nothing “medically wrong” pushed for pt. She never once’s touch or looked at my foot/feet it was just brushed off and blamed on weight. I will not be coming back to this place and will be seeking a pcp elsewhere. Not everything is caused from weight.
