  Terrible place. My left kidney had severe hydronephrosis. They were supposed to stent and never called me back. I went to Sparrow ER and ended up getting an emergency stent placed in my left ureter. This practice in Battle Creek is not reliable and I felt brushed off by staff. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Recommend urology practice in Lansing, Michigan across from U of M Sparrow Hospital.

  Well I have been going to this practice for a number of years and it started out good in the early years I had 2 operations performed by them but that has changed. The last two years they seem to be to busy for my health care or concerns. I wouldn't recommend them.

  If I could give negative stars, I would've. Prior to 11/25, I received decent care. Since 11/25, I have had the worst medical care in my life. There is nothing more disheartening to someone with a severe medical issue like calling multiple times for help with 0 help rendered or even a call back. The medical treatment currently provided is substandard and not patient driven. I wouldn't recommend Bronson Urology for ANYONE. Look elsewhere for treatment.

  I have been a patient at this facility for about 15 years. The staff were very friendly, knew me well and treated me with respect and kindness. I recently had to reschedule my yearly appointment due to illness, and the receptionist was very curt and impersonal. Apparently they have so few providers now that I was told the next available was 2 months out! She referred me to the nurses line to get a refill for my expired subscription and the recording was also very rude and impersonal. I’m not sure if I’ll even get a refill of the incontinence medication I’ve been taking since a difficult labor and delivery-34 years ago! I am so unhappy with the ‘new’ Urology facility. You would think, as an established patient, that I would have been treated better. Long rant, but this just happened this morning.
