  Some of the PTs were not attentive to what I was doing in therapy. He did not listen to me or address my immediate concerns. I did not feel safe. Some of the equipment did not appear safe. Because of these concerns I switched to another company. The difference was tremendous in terms of caring, listening and treating my most pressing needs. I now know what professional PT therapy looks like and it is not at Bronson Battle Creek.
