I am highly disappointed with the care—or lack thereof—that I received at this urgent care facility. I came in with a painful foot injury, which made moving incredibly difficult. Despite my clear injury, Nurse Kelsey and assistant Brittany did not offer or give any assistance when I was struggling to get up and down from the examination table. They never even asked if I needed help. Leaving a patient with a mobility-limiting injury to fend for themselves is completely unprofessional and unsafe. I expected much better patient care and basic compassion.
Extremely rude staff. The nurse slammed the door when leaving the room after rolling her eyes at my reason for coming in. Sure it was a minor issue, but I was concerned about infection. Not surprising I was treated this way though, as any Bronson facility I go to treats me like I'm a burden for being there, they can't wait for me to leave, and go out of their way to make me feel like my health isn't a priority. If you can go to a non Bronson facility for ANYTHING medical, I highly suggest doing so.

I’m still sitting in the parking lot, but had to post about my visit. Quick, easy, everyone was incredibly kind. Hopefully there won’t be need for return visits, but it would be my go to.

Dosen't do Blood Draw what so ever. They will tell you that they can't an won't do it. Your a walk-in- clinic. Will not recommend this place at all.
DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!! This is a Fraudulent Practice! Go to a hospital over this place or an actual quick-care. This is a strip mall “Hospital”!
I would rate no stars if I could. Do not go here unless you want to pay $300 for just a single room that is no better than a primary care visit. As well as an additional charge of $112 for just the doctor. I went here as a new resident thinking that quick care being in the title meant it wouldn’t be a hospital visit… obviously. I even asked the front desk making sure this may just be a specialist fee which the front desk lady agreed and said yes, WRONG! Lied straight to my face.
Not sure why something like this even exists. They love to not give you the bill of everything they want to charge you for which is even more frustrating and fraudulent of this place. Im still dealing with this bill and it’s officially been a year, if that doesn’t tell you anything… even insurance is confused on how this is okay.
Someone needs to get a class action lawsuit together with everyone in these reviews having the same issue.
