Just like many others, we were not aware of the billing changes before we were seen. We were expecting a $50 urgent care copay and instead now have an unexpected $400 bill. I think this needs to be advertised in more than just a name change, especially when I have paid my normal urgent care copay here many times prior. Please be aware you will be paying a hospital rate before you are seen here, as this review is your only warning!

Took my wife there yesterday for her eye. It was watery and irritated. The ladies at the front window was nice. But when we got called back, the first nurse kept over talking my wife as my wife tried to explain what was going on. When the PA, Abby Ryan came in, she was a joke. She looked at her eye and seen the issue and made an appointment with my wife’s eye doctor for the next day at 10am. Uhhhh, ok thanks for that and glad we didn’t have plans the next day at the time. She gave my wife a prescription and thought it would help. Well sort of. One of the drops we picked up made the issue worse. Today was the eye dr appointment. He took care of her and gave her the right drops to take. That lousy “dr” or NP PRESCRIBED THE WRONG DROPS. I’m so pissed off right now. So DO NOT go there. Go to ER instead. I hope this place responds to this too. 😡😡😡 Thanks for responding and there is nothing to discuss or review. I seen what I saw and went with my gut on her and I was right on. She messed up and that’s all there is to it. We won’t be going there anymore. Appreciate the making an appointment for us but next time this comes around, maybe discuss with the patients in what days are good for them instead of just going out on a limb. We got the correct prescriptions now and we were told not to use them anymore. So this discussion is done. Have a nice day.

I am highly disappointed with the care—or lack thereof—that I received at this urgent care facility. I came in with a painful foot injury, which made moving incredibly difficult. Despite my clear injury, Nurse Kelsey and assistant Brittany did not offer or give any assistance when I was struggling to get up and down from the examination table. They never even asked if I needed help. Leaving a patient with a mobility-limiting injury to fend for themselves is completely unprofessional and unsafe. I expected much better patient care and basic compassion.

Extremely rude staff. The nurse slammed the door when leaving the room after rolling her eyes at my reason for coming in. Sure it was a minor issue, but I was concerned about infection. Not surprising I was treated this way though, as any Bronson facility I go to treats me like I'm a burden for being there, they can't wait for me to leave, and go out of their way to make me feel like my health isn't a priority. If you can go to a non Bronson facility for ANYTHING medical, I highly suggest doing so. I ACTUALLY TRUED TO GO BACK IN JULY 16th, 2026. My work made me work out in the wildfire smoke without telling me, providing a mask, or any preventative equipment for over 10 hours. I told the receptionist it was work related. I had to have the Dr and nurse go back and emphasize that it was work related. When I was done with my appointment SHE REFUSED TO PUT IT UNDER WORK RELATED BECAUSE SHE FELT LIKE IT WAS THE SAME AS WALKING NEXT DOOR TO STARBUCKS. I'm never coming back. The receptionist shouldn't be making decisions on what goes into my medical records. And someone is going to end up going off on her.
