  I had a blood draw done on July 1, 2026 at 7am and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. A Bronson employee named Sarah did my blood draw and it was legit the best blood draw I have ever had done. I did not even feel the needle go into my arm. Sarah shared with me that her father had become very sick in his last years of life and had to have lots of blood draws done. Sarah observed this process over time and decided that she wanted to become a phlebotomist in an effort to make blood draws less traumatic and even pleasant for her patients. I can say unequivocally that Sarah has achieved that goal. The blood draw she did for me was completely pain free. Additionally, my appointment was seamless and efficient. I was in and out the door in less than 15 minutes. In closing, Sarah, the phlebotomist, at Bronson Battle Creek should know that her dad would be very proud of her.

  Honestly I want to cry. That was the worst ultrasound scan I have ever gotten. No bedside manner at all… i wish i would have just went somewhere else
