From the front desk staff to the nurses to the drs to the other employees just walking thru, they were all so very sweet, kind, and compassionate. Thanks to all of you for making an unexpected visit to Er a positive experience. We appreciate you. ♡
- JKJoker killerJul 12, 20261.0Do ever go there if you do have an emergency they will pretty much never take your concerns seriously unless you are dying this hospital has the awful nickname of the death Hospital where they wait until you are pretty much dying to take your concerns seriously I was there this morning and I was rushed through the exam they poked me about four times trying to get an IV in and they told me everything looks fine even though my labs were highly elevated there was an obvious infection somewhere they didn't really care because I came in during shift change and they just wanted to Usher me out this hospital is awful go to Hastings or Kalamazoo Hospital instead if you are not being there by ambulance
