Trinity Health IHA Imaging - Domino's Farms

This Trinity Health IHA Imaging lab is located inside the Domino's Farms Medical Center off Plymouth Road with quick access to the I-94, US-23, and M-14 freeways. Walk-ins are welcome, no appointment necessary. Please enter the Urgent Care suite and check-in at the front desk. This facility offers patients X-ray services for the abdomen, chest, skull, extremities and more, and general ultrasound examination. This location does not offer obstetric ultrasound. This location offers both X-ray and ultrasound services seven days a week.
