  Catherine offers a great class! I love the music and the vibes of this place! I also love the added bit of weights. They’re a break for your legs but your heart rate stays up from the many, many reps of arm exercises.

  I love SoulCycle. After having to stop being an equestrian (I chose not to go D1 and instead come to UMICH. Go Blue!) this has really provided me with another fun activity I am very invested in. It is also an amazing exercise which has made me have better cardio. Definitely book a class with Elise!!

  Staff were super friendly and professional. Instructor was excellent and high energy. And location was beautiful and modern. Impressed and would recommend to others for a great high energy spin workout.
