  I showed up at 4:30 PM for a class scheduled to start at 4:30 PM and was denied entry because I was apparently “two minutes late.” I was then told that you actually need to arrive by 4:28, which would be helpful information to clearly communicate when someone books a class advertised as starting at 4:30. What made the experience more frustrating was the complete lack of flexibility or basic customer service. I explained that I had no idea there was a hard cutoff before the listed class time, and instead of acknowledging that this policy is not obvious, I was simply told I could not enter and that it was a “safety issue.” Calling someone arriving at the listed start time a safety issue feels like an incredibly weak explanation for a rigid policy that was never made clear to the customer. If the actual deadline to enter a 4:30 class is 4:28, then say the class starts at 4:28 or make the cutoff extremely clear during booking. Customers should not find out about an unpublished two-minute rule while standing at the front desk after making the effort to get there (during construction, during student first week drop off, etc.) Extremely poor experience and a terrible way to treat someone who showed up ready to take the class.

  The studio is so nice the staff is so kind and Maria is amazing! she made me feel so welcomed her bad bunny classes are SO FUN! I also did Liv’s class and that was SO GOOD she’s also so welcoming

  Catherine offers a great class! I love the music and the vibes of this place! I also love the added bit of weights. They’re a break for your legs but your heart rate stays up from the many, many reps of arm exercises.
