  Everyone is here is a consummate professional. I am very happy I found Dr. Aldib and his staff. Marilyn and Ta’shana are all great as well. I forget the other guys name but he did a great job too.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Proceed with Caution I had a root canal, post, and crown done here, and within a year, I was dealing with severe gum swelling and pain. When I came back to the office for help, they brushed it off and made me wait two weeks just to find out what was wrong. An independent specialist did a 3D scan and found a severe structural fracture, diagnosing the tooth as completely failed and requiring an extraction. When I presented these factual findings back to New Era Dental, management tried to blame me by claiming I must have "bitten hard food"—which never happened. Instead of taking accountability for a failed procedure that shouldn't have broken down in a year, they just kept giving me the runaround and telling me to come back into the office for endless meetings rather than fixing the issue. Now, I’m left dealing with an infection, thousands of dollars out of pocket for a replacement, and physical pain. They refused to stand by their work or offer a fair resolution. If you value your health and your wallet, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
