- JLJasmine LiSep 13, 20261.0This is a nice place to chat, but not a place I would recommend for professional prescription services. I spent more than $1,400 on Ortho-K lenses here. However, the second pair caused serious astigmatism-related vision problems. When I raised my concerns, the optician repeatedly insisted that this was normal and discouraged me from requesting a refund until the return period had expired. Overall, it may be a pleasant place to chat, but in my experience, that is all it is. Please do not attempt to have this review removed. I will continue checking it and repost it if necessary, noting each time it is removed.
