Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
This is a great studio! I love the high impact mats and the large space. The staff were really friendly, and the instructor was awesome!

The instructors are fantastic-energetic, knowledgeable and offer a multitude of options to customize a workout that works for you. I love that I can choose the format of workout I want to do based on my needs and schedule. The exercises move slowly, yet they are challenging and rigorous. I can focus on form and not feel like I need to rush to keep up. The mindfulness aspect of Barre3 is the cherry on the top! When I finish a workout I feel strong, energized and excited to come back to do it again!
