  I saw Alexandra Reeder, PA-C unsure if I wanted myringotomy vs tympanostomy tubes for an upcoming flight. She talked through it with me and helped me choose the best treatment plan and was able to squeeze me in the day before my flight. Absolutely would recommend her to anyone.

  The staff was efficient and made me feel welcome and comfortable. She easily retrieved the hearing dome from my ear canal with expertise and humor! Thoroughly enjoyed my visit!

  Absolute worse time trying to schedule an appointment. They use a 3rd party call center not in the USA. Broken english and impossible to understand.They even asked me how to spell (PO Box) when asking for a mailing address. So frustrating! I will go somewhere else. Thanks for the waste of time. Hopefully this review helps improve things so others don't have to go through I had to.
