- JBJess BrumSep 24, 20245.0The staff is so friendly and willing to listen and help when needed. I called my rx into Walgreens and went to pick it up 3 days later when it said it would be done. I went to pick it up and the woman in the pharmacy rolled her eyes at me because it supposedly never went through to their system. She told me I would need to wait 3 more days. So I called Hannaford and they were able to transfer the prescription from Walgreens and fill it in the same day. I will never go back. Hannaford will always have my business.

I immediately noticed that the staff is much more friendly than Walgreens. They have WAY better & consistent hours. Lastly, they fill prescriptions really quick. If you are there and it isn’t filled, they will fill it within 30mins while you shop.

A new computer system should not cause my prescription to be delayed 16 hours (shouldn't that make it better?)(5pm to 9am - if it's even ready). Good thing this isn't a life threatening condition, but it will cause me to miss another day of work. Very disappointing!
