I had tried better sneakers, expensive insoles, daily foot soaks, foot massage, pain relievers. It all helped a little but wasn't solving the-problem. Worked with Joe, in the Westbrook, Maine store. He was great, patient and polite. answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the information regarding all of my options. At the end of the day I am so glad I came in. Time will tell!

During the time he spent with me I found him to be quite personable, polite, and very knowledgeable on the products. Unfortunately, through no fault of his, I left not having purchased anything. The Westbrook store did not have anything in stock in my size. I never realized that the main product sold there is the arch support system and very few shoes. I could not invest in the inserts not knowing how they would affect the sizing/fit of the other shoes I’m presently wearing. I would definitely recommend Cody, but if you’re looking for just shoes you might want to go elsewhere for a better selection. Five stars for the service, five stars for the support system, one star for the shoe selection.

He did an amazing job explaining everything in a way that my 13-year-old could understand and really took his time during her fitting to make sure everything felt right and was a good fit for her. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of time and attention we received. The store itself was clean and welcoming, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. You could genuinely tell that the staff enjoy what they do, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend, and a huge thank you to Javi for taking such great care of us!

- PAPamela AAug 8, 20263.0I don’t like to give bad reviews so I’ll give them a 3. Yadira greeted me with a great smile and that was the end of our pleasant interaction. I told her I needed relief from foot pain that is being actively treated by a podiatrist. I told her I didn’t need orthotics. My podiatrist will treat me. She directed me to her orthotics that they advertise frequently on the radio. I did ask her how much the system costs that she kept pushing on me. She said $150 and up. I asked what “and up” meant and she looked up and told me the sky is the limit. I told her I wear Hokas but thought they might have something better and pointed to their wall of shoes. She said they don’t sell Hokas. I repeated I have Hokas and want more comfort. She told me she didn’t know anything about the shoes. My foot is 9.5. I finally said I’d get some supportive socks and she grabbed some XLs. Another kind, friendly man came out and had me try on a large and said they were perfect. I told her I’m not an XL. She continued to push the wrong size on me that are for men sized over 13.5. She was out of large and just wanted to sell me as much as possible. I left with one night sock that cost me $36.93!
