- JNJudson NoyesAug 2, 20262.0I ordered a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses on July 9 th and was told they would be ready in 7 to ten days the regular glasses were ready 7 days later . Now on August 2 after our second call to the store (24 days later) I was told that they might be coming soon if not I might have to order them again. This is after we were told they would look into it the first time we called and nobody ever got back to us. So this tells me they don’t care about customers once they have placed their order. Be careful of big companies. I will definitely explore other options in the future.
