  I sat on my glasses at a job site today and totally bent them out of shape to the point of no return. I tried to fix them by attempting to bend the arm back into place. Being aware that they were plastic I decided I would bring them to the professionals to avoid breaking them. I headed straight to eye mart and asked for help… they were very kind and accommodating even though I had not purchased them there. Within 5 mins my beloved glasses were repaired AND all tightened up snug and clean. Just about like New! Thank you! Thank You! Thank You! This is definitely the place to purchase your glasses!

  they got me almost to the dollar my insurance which payed for my glasses. to use up every penny n i didnt get charged any out of pocket expenes at all. one pair i returned and got a new frame n lenses. they honored the policy

  I have never had a bad experience here before today. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. They have always helped me make the best decision for what I was looking for, have always communicated well, and have been fast in completing my order. Today I called to ask a question and I didn’t know it was not legally possible to do what I had asked about. I didn’t not demand for it to be done, I was not upset I couldn’t be helped in those regards, but I was upset when the man I spoke to was frustrated with me. Told me he couldn’t do it ‘even for a million bucks.’ Instead of taking the time to explain to me patiently why it was not possible, he gave me rude and brief answers. When I thanked him for his time he simply hung up on me. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or thought that this was common knowledge and thought I was just stupid, but I am no longer interested in this company. This small interaction really was enough to make me feel uncomfortable.
