StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Oak Hill offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- KHKari HererApr 20, 20261.0I went in expecting to purchase a single session, not to enroll in a monthly membership. At no point during my in-person signup was it explained that I was committing to a subscription, or that sessions needed to be used within 30 days or they would be forfeited. I also never signed any physical paperwork, only received what I thought were marketing emails and a code which never said anything about a subscription or that I would get charged again. When I got the code I was chatting with the guy about socks and he told me to relay the code back to him. As a result, I lost nearly $100 in unused services and was then charged an additional $210 for the following month. When I called about these charges I was met with a cold script making me feel that this wasn't the first time somebody has had this complaint. The entire experience felt misleading and, frankly, deceptive. It’s unfortunate, because I genuinely enjoyed my session with Jim. However, due to the lack of transparency and the difficulty I encountered with customer service afterward, I will not be returning. I strongly encourage the business to be much clearer and more upfront about membership terms, billing practices, and expiration policies so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

They are not looking at the full body and I wouldn’t let them take a penny of my hard earned money. Be Careful of what you sign up for.
