I had a very difficult time getting service from the company I bought it from. I ended up contacting 101 Mobility of Maine for service. Lorraine and Dave both went above and beyond to contact Drive scooter to get the part I needed for the repair and them promptly fix the scooter. A+ to both of them and 101 Mobility of Maine!

The repairman, Dave, was able to resolve the issue and get Mom ambulatory again. He (and they) were courteous and friendly. Very much appreciate them taking care of the problem.

I have already recommended this company to folks that were thinking moving everything to a down stairs floor for an elderly loved one, put in the elevator and use your whole home.
