In a panic I called the pharmacy and they immediately filled a dose for me!! I so, so appreciate how responsive they are and pleasant they are. Thank you Hannaford Parmacy, you are the best!

Policies can be reminded in a pleasant, patient manner… there wasn’t even anyone waiting in line behind me and this pharmacist was rude. I guess I’m not allowed to be on the phone with the guardian of a child while I’m picking up medication for their child -if you had been kind and let me know, that’s one thing. Sorry I didn’t have a headphone in hiding my phone conversation like everyone else -mine died. This lady was just downright having a bad day and sucks at customer service. Made me write a bad review and think about taking away the convenience of one-stop shopping and just going to Walgreens.

THE LAST TIME THEY TOLD ME 15 MINS WAS LAST FRIDAYMORNING. I WENT BACK 4 HOURS LATER, WAS TOLD 15 MINS. THEN THEY SAID THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRESCRIPTION BUT DIDNT SAY WHAT IT WAS. ITS NOW MONDAY AFTERNOON, 4 DAYS LATER AND STILL DONT HAVE IT. IF THERES A PROBLEM WITH A NEW PRESCRIPTION THEY DONT CALL AND TELL YOU, THEY JUST DO WHAT THEY DO WITH NO CONCERN IF IT GETS FILLED OR NOT. GOD FORBID YOU SHOULD CALL AND ASK QUESTIONS BECAUSE THEY GET ALL SNOTTY ON THE PHONE WITH YOU, LIKE THEY DID WITH ME TODAY. TIME TO CHANGE PHARMACIES I GUESS.
