    A staff member named Gale V. lied and neglected appropriate care to a suffering patient at the pharmacy's check out. She stated that there was a problem with the prescription that prevented the pharmacy from filling it. Unfortunately the patient believed her and called their prescriber to fix the problem. After spending additional time talking with the prescriber and then the on-duty Pharmacist, it was determined that there was no problem with the prescription. The truth was that Gale V. lied to the patient. She personally did not want to follow the simple instructions from the prescriber as they did not correlate with her personal beliefs. Her choice to partake in professional misconduct delayed appropriate care which caused irreversible harm and economic damage. Someone who behaves and lies like Gale V. should be not be working with vulnerable patients at checkout

    The pharmacy is a little slow here so the wait time isn't the best if you need your prescription soon
