  I went to pick up my prescription, I gave my information, she picked up the medicine and tossed it to me and said I was ask set.. no explanation of the medicine and walked away..I felt like a p.o.s... thank you !! Thank God my doctor explained the medication and interaction with them.. the pharmacist should leave their feelings at home, and do their job and assist people..

  A staff member named Gale V. lied and neglected appropriate care to a suffering patient at the pharmacy's check out. She stated that there was a problem with the prescription that prevented the pharmacy from filling it. Unfortunately the patient believed her and called their prescriber to fix the problem. After spending additional time talking with the prescriber and then the on-duty Pharmacist, it was determined that there was no problem with the prescription. The truth was that Gale V. lied to the patient. She personally did not want to follow the simple instructions from the prescriber as they did not correlate with her personal beliefs. Her choice to partake in professional misconduct delayed appropriate care which caused irreversible harm and economic damage. Someone who behaves and lies like Gale V. should be not be working with vulnerable patients at checkout

  Gale V. a pharmacy technician went out of her way to neglect appropriate care to a disabled individual. Her actions led to irreversible damage and harm.

  When I started going to this pharmacy everyone was nice and it was a great experience but lately everyone’s room each time I call to get a refill they’re short and rude, not willing to really answer questions, interrupt me on the phone and when I’ve gone in I’ve dealt with rude staff as well. There’s about 2 people there who are nice and don’t seem to hate their job. I’ll probably switch pharmacies.

  It's a very clean store. They just got brand new Large grocery carts & brand new very small carts. Nice place to visit and shop. Submitted 8/15/14
