  I had high hopes that Spruce Mt Dentistry would be good as they are close to my house but I became quickly disappointed. I filled out the paperwork, including the releases for my prior dentist before we even came in for our first appointments. About a month before our first appointment, I was told they lost a hygienist, and our appointments were all canceled and pushed out to months later. We show up for our appointments on different occasions because there was six of us in our household and on most of those appointments we were waiting for an hour or more just to get in for our cleanings. About a week or two after my cleaning appointment was done I got a bill for almost $200 and they said that my x-rays were not covered. Spruce Mountain dentistry, never pulled my records from my prior dentist showing that I had x-rays already done within the last year. They initially told me they could not take care of the $200 and that I was still responsible. I eventually got them to take the $200 off my bill because it was not my fault. My son went in for a filling, and the dentist was mad that he didn’t know he had braces and was clearly bent out of shape when my son sat in his chair. My daughter then went in for a filling, and he was very impatient with her, and she ultimately left the office without having her cavity completely filled. Not very child, friendly. Our next six month appointments were scheduled in just a couple weeks ago. I got a notification that they lost hygienist again and they would have to reschedule our appointment. This was now the second time that this has happened within the last year. Not to mention, their office is extremely outdated and almost feels dirty compared to what you usually see in a dentist office. I would highly recommend going to another dentist before going here.
