- RDRAGHED D3 days ago1.0I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at Hannaford Pharmacy. I have been a regular customer for a long time, and I genuinely love the pharmacy and appreciate the service it usually provides. However, during my recent visit around 3:00 p.m., I had an unpleasant experience with an associate who appeared to be new. Her approach did not seem professional, and I felt that the customer service could have been handled much better. I understand that new employees need time to learn and become familiar with their responsibilities. However, I believe additional training in professionalism, communication, and customer service would be beneficial. I am sharing this feedback because I value Hannaford Pharmacy and would like to continue having positive experiences there. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns.

- CRC RAug 23, 20261.0This morning I had a very negative experience with the pharmacist helping with my pick up. I’m not used to picking up medication, but walked up kindly hoping for help. I was not greeted whatsoever, just a harsh stare from the computer waiting for me to say something. I asked if she needed my last name, or full name and received a sharp and snappy response. The same thing happened when I hesitated saying my address, as I just moved. I don’t normally write reviews, but this interaction was really upsetting, and not how I wanted to start my morning.
