- LPLucas PaulAug 21, 20261.0Lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, and was telling me that I had to call my doctor to get my prescription refilled, however my doctor called me which I told the lady on the phone. Went in later that day and got my prescription refilled in person and I didn’t even have to call my doctor back. What is the point in having a phone service that doesn’t work with the people who need their prescriptions. Switching my pharmacy asap.

I have had very unpleasant experiences previously with different members of the staff; however the staff have completely turn their service around. I deleted the old review because I do not believe it actually depicts the service & experience I now have. I greatly appreciate the care & customer service I have received within the last year with all of the staff at the pharmacy.
