Impossible to get a hold of anybody when you try to call. I decided to take my business elsewhere since they only use the phones when they want you to buy something. Otherwise, phone calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and Ive also heard numerous stories about reps straight up lying about how much you are supposed to pay them. Shifty company all around.

Please send me the Quattro listed on the enclosed delivery ticket
of 5/5/25. The photos show said ticket, correctly shipped items,
the quattro I use now and the mistakenly shipped Mirage FX.

Kennebec Pharmacy lied to me by saying that they had run my insurance when they had not, and then told me that my insurance required me to pay them $280 up front before even being seen to get set up with a CPAP machine. I was then immediately charged an additional $54 monthly charge for the machine the day after I got it. When I looked at my insurance claim that they submitted _after_ my appointment, the claim allowed them to charge me $180. When my insurance agent contacted them with me, they lied to her and said that I had chosen to pay upfront. Needless to say, they are now scrambling to refund me $155 that they overcharged me. This company is CRIMINAL and clearly has a POLICY of DISHONESTY. I am fantastically grateful that my health insurance company went after them with me, because they clearly have well established policies in place to take advantage of people.

During my four years of continuing great customer service at Kennebec Pharmacy, it's way past time to publicly thank my personal rep for making sure I have an advocate who acts in my individual interest ALWAYS. HME Manager Danielle Doucette has not only helped fulfill my regular resupply needs quickly and accurately; she has knowledgeably advised me on equipment updates and insurance requirements whenever called for. While we have never met face-to-face, I've come to depend on her as a close and trusted friend on the other side of the line for all my necessary CPAP needs. As to her professional but still warm and cheerful demeanor, I can say as a retired customer service professional that KP has a diamond in its employ. Thank you, Danielle!
