  This is got to be the worst place I’ve ever had to deal with. They never get our CPAP orders right, I left a message two days ago three days ago still haven’t heard from them. It stinks because they’re the only ones around and they know it the same headgear that they charge my insurance company almost $300 for and I had to pay 119 of it. I can buy online for $119 from Resmed..

  A individual driving a Kennebec Pharmacy vehicle chose to drive up on side walks in a residential neighborhood in Brunswick. Not a good look for a company when employees are speeding and driving on sidewalks.

  Kennebec Pharmacy lied to me by saying that they had run my insurance when they had not, and then told me that my insurance required me to pay them $280 up front before even being seen to get set up with a CPAP machine. I was then immediately charged an additional $54 monthly charge for the machine the day after I got it. When I looked at my insurance claim that they submitted _after_ my appointment, the claim allowed them to charge me $180. When my insurance agent contacted them with me, they lied to her and said that I had chosen to pay upfront. Needless to say, they are now scrambling to refund me $155 that they overcharged me. This company is CRIMINAL and clearly has a POLICY of DISHONESTY. I am fantastically grateful that my health insurance company went after them with me, because they clearly have well established policies in place to take advantage of people.
