  I was there about 7 months ago to et checked out for partial dentures. They seemed nice and understanding. I wanted my bottoms teeth removed also but Dr. King explained that my bottoms were fine and that removing them and placing a lower dentire in wouldn't be necessary and told me bottoms are a pain in the rump roast. They never stay securely. I go in Nov to have my procedure done and I'm scared to death of needs in my mouth..id rather eat glass..(Not Really). So I will update my review after my procedure. As of now my review is 5 🌟.

  I will come back after my surgery & update my review but for now ill say this, I went for the initial consultation for my xrays and whatnot & it was good, they seem pretty nice so far. I am super scared of dentists & especially where I am getting the rest of my teeth pulled (19 left) all at once, I am so so scared & praying that it goes better then what I am thinking and reading for reviews. I dont want bone fragments left while i am healing because those hurt like hell but I am also waiting to get my dentures until AFTER I heal so I am not spending more to realign them (smarter to wait anyways) but once i get the surgery done ill update this & again after I get my dentures. Praying for the best but expecting the worst unfortunately just purely because of my fear of needles and dentists. °•☆•°☆°UPDATE 04/30/2026°☆•°☆•° Had 19 teeth pulled today @ 7:15am everhone there knew how nervous & scared I was purely because of needles, It took 1½ hours total from getting called back to leaving. I wasn't really awake for a lot of it & if I was i do not fully remember , I only remember bits & pieces but as promised I didn't really know what was going on ✅️ Dr. King is a dental QUEEN! I appreciate everything thus far from her & her amazing staff! Now, I cannot wait to have my new chompers in a couple months so I can eat again! Affordable, local & the nicest people ever there! Thank you Twin City Dental!

  Clean and spacious waiting area. Nice staff. I was able to get in quickly. Imaging my teeth was quick and I got to stay in my chair for all of it. They explained things in an easy to understand way. The dentist cleaned my teeth and they looked great when I was done.

  Kind of unimpressive from the outside, but this dental office has state of the art, modern equipment and my exam was done professionally and quickly once they finally took me ( I had to wait more than 30 minutes after my appointed time, even though I arrived early for my appointment). The hygenist was pleasant and seemed knowledgable, explained what she was doing and why. The dentist was extremely warm and friendly while maintained her professional and expert demeanor. They accepted my insurance (Tricare/Delta Dental Military Retired) without a problem.
