Awesome selection of frames and even better service! Lise aims to please and gives genuine personal attention. It's nice to find a real professional where service is still top priority!

This is by far one of the best places I have ever done business with. I am from out of state and broke my glasses while here on vacation. Lise took me in with no appointment, no questions asked and fixed my glasses on the spot. She even adjusted the frame to properly fit my face. She is super friendly, very professional and her business is highly recommended.

We've been going here for about 9 years now. Service is wonderful professional and they try to save you money anyway they can with the labs they work with and what you can afford for glasses. Also, if you don't see something that you're really liking they have other ones that they can order and then you can just come back in and see if it's more your what you're looking for and if not you don't have to buy it and they send it back to whatever company they got it from and they'll do that for you repeatedly. My husband has a specific glasses that he likes that not many companies sell. What State Street does? And that's what catas keep from going back at first. But it was the service. The professional people, the fun people and the way that they accommodate you as best they can within your budget.

I needed progressives and she said bifocals are the same thing. No. They aren't. She wouldn't listen to eye doctor's instructions- he said he didn't want me in bifocals. Very strange experience with a very strange incompetent person.

Arrived shortly before closing on a Monday evening looking for glasses for my son’s (7yo) first pair of glasses ever. She declined to sell me any frames she had in stock as none were the perfect fit and the ones my son liked were too expensive. She ordered frames for my son to try all under 100$ and with 1 year warranty as she said he’s likely to break or loose his first pair. Pointed out multiple features that she recommended, that I had no idea about, to optimize the positioning on his face for reading. Clearly an expert in her craft and her energy and expertise was spectacular.
