  I was very impressed with my experience at Miracle Ear and more specifically with Robert Bullard. The time he spent with me and my wife was above and beyond what I expected. When all my testing was complete, his explanation of what he had done during testing and what I should expect from hearing aids I was more than ready to purchase and live life to the fullest. I knew that I had hearing issues but I didn’t realize how bad certain parts of my hearing was. I was very fortunate to have Robert Bullard be the one to introduce me to Miracle Ear’s product and Miracle Ear is very fortunate to have Robert Bullard represent them.

  My husband received his $12000 hearing aids that I paid $1176 out of pocket for less than 24 hours. His review: There is a squealing and static in one ear every time I move my head. When I contacted the office for an appt( they have Sat and Sun by request) I couldn’t get one for 3 days. Audiologist (Steve) was good but front desk (Tracy) is rude, unprofessional, dismissive and shows little concern for customers. My second negative interaction in under a week. She only asked “if I had the hearing aid all the way in”. I let her know it was in as far as it can be without causing pain. After I told her I would not be using the left hearing aid because of the annoying problem, there was no effort made to fix because “ the audiologist is off this weekend, I can’t just call him in to work”. Also contacted the customer service center about this office but received no response. They make lots of claims about their service, I hope this isn’t a sign 1 day in of what I will be dealing with after they got my money. Update: They fixed the squealing on 11/12/24. On 11/13/24 the hearing aid stopped working altogether. Will be looking at getting rid of them at my next appt on 11/15/24. Not impressed at all.

  My husband went for a initial hearing test (No chg.) Was told he had 60 % hearing loss both ears. We thought this was odd as it didn't appear to be that extreme. So we got a second opinion, which showed a very normal for his age 20% loss. A few weeks later we get a credit card in the mail which we hadn't requested. While at miracle ear they said they would do a soft inquiry only. Money grabbers for sure. Beware.
