Why ANYONE would choose this place if they don't HAVE to have that deal is beyond me. Question for rich people, people with insurance, and anyone else - WHY ARE YOU SHOPPING HERE? We have to sign a stupid book and wait HOURS just to pick up glasses that they notified us are done and are already paid for. Then we have to stand there 45 minutes while they clean them and package them. I asked the wonderful man who did mine (I was pleasantly surprised, as the girl I have endured twice gives off "I hate my job" vibes) why he has to do it instead of the lab - he said the lab gets too busy. Well what's the point of 1 hour glasses when we have to wait 3 hours to get them? I absolutely hate this place. I continue to shop there because no one else has 2 for $40 - but Hersey Eye Care does 1 for $40 and it's WORTH SWAPPING, so I'll be calling them in the future.
