  Great experience ! Even though busy, representative took her time to help me and was very pleasant. Pleased with quality and choices of glasses. Were ready in 21 minutes.

  Chris was confrontational and angry from the beginning. I've been a customer here for 10+ years and never coming back. I calmly asked to return sunglasses I bought 3 weeks ago because I'm seeing double in the periphery. It's the same Rx as my normal glasses so obviously a lens issue, not my Rx. I said I'd like to return them because I'm getting close to the 30 day return policy I found on their website. He said verbatim "the website sucks" and their policy is 30 days for frames.. well what is it for lenses? He also didn't know if the return window starts at the date of purchase or the date of pickup (almost 2 weeks later). Either way, I've been burned on return windows before so not taking a chance. He just kept saying "I can't help you." and finally "Only managers can do returns" then he refuses to tell me when the manager would be in, wouldn't tell me his name and did not offer to have the manager call me or anything. I was staying calm but he kept escalating and was angry the whole time. I wasn't interested in going through the rigamarole of trying different frames/lenses since I wasn't confident it would fix my double vision issue, plus the line is always a huge wait here. There's nothing Express about this place. It took 3 tries to even pick up my sunglasses because the store was packed with people and I wasn't about to wait an hour with only 2 people working there. While I was waiting today, I overheard Chris saying to another coworker how he "had words" with a customer earlier that day, while putting up his fists up like he was pretending to box. He obviously was in a bad mood already and I got to be the punching bag. I came back a half hour later and waited for 15 minutes on my stopwatch. I decided to approach Jeb the manager and ask for assistance (since it had to be him anyway). He ignored me at first, then turned around and spat that he was "getting to me", clearly irritated that I dared approach him (after I patiently waited 15 minutes and had waited 20 minutes an hour earlier, and all he was doing was shuffling receipts). There's 10 desks but only 2 people working, why do you need a manager there who's not even helping the huge line of customers? Eyemart needs to advertise their return policy more clearly. It shouldn't be a hassle to request a return, nor should I be disrespected for "daring" to ask. Never coming here again. Crazy wait times even if you come early, rude employees, rude manager & they don't have cheap frame options like they used to.

  I called for information and was hung up on after having to listen to an argument between the associate & customer.

  Lobby full of people and we got managment hanging decals on the walls. Those decals really made a difference in my experience…. 1 hr pickup, they don’t tell you it will take 2 hours to be seen. Just buy your glasses from your optometrist. The deals aren’t worth the wait! You could tell the manager survived his way to the position, not hired on competence.
