  Everything was very good. My comment is : data was gone through at a very fast rate. Our tech was very nice and knowledgeable but the pace was too fast for both of us.

  This place is a joke for years. They’ve sat there and said that my adult parents insurance is not in network for them and yet her secondary insurance is but then they say they can’t bill main care you can’t bill a federal program but yet you accept Medicare recipients do you know that’s against the law still to this day? They’re stating the same thing. Do not go here as these people do not want to take the extra steps to do their job.

  The only thing I don't like about the delivery of my products is that they leave them in the vestibule rather than buzzing me to let them in. The first picture is the vestibule. The second and third are where they leave the packages. The fourth picture is the door of my apartment and the last picture is how far my apartment is from the vestibule. So hopefully this will show you why I am so upset that they leave the packages in the vestibule. I have to get a cart and put the packages in it; even then, I have to make a couple of trips to get them all into my apartment. Also, they sometimes block the door so that we can't get it open.

  From the very start of communication with Melissa regarding returning my equipment for non usage, she was unwelcoming. She sounded condescending on the phone, and when I saw her in person “ before she knew it was me “ she was not friendly at all. Not once did she smile or ask how I was doing, nor did she offer any suggestions or point me in the right direction to a different alternative regarding CPAP therapy, as it was not a good fit for me. Ever since I left that office today, I have not been able to stop thinking about the interaction. I will never use, or recommend Kennebec Pharmacy & Home care services because of that.
