  The people are polite and caring. I have had to return numerous times because the hearing aids were not working properly. I don't hold this against the staff.

  Outstanding service to match the right model hearing device to my needs. Gladly took the time thru repeated visits to fine tune the devices to my hearing and situations. Moreover, spent the time to teach me what modern hearing devices can do and how I can adjust them. The whole office staff, Corinne, Patti and intern Sydney are tuned into the patients needs. I recently switched to a pair of Starkey livio that sync with my cell phone and can be adjusted from the phone. My phone calls also Bluetooth to the devices so I hear calls with both ears. These are pretty neat.
