  Very unprofessional place and you guys are suppose to work in a place , that deals with people and their health , my wife called asking if they had a Spanish speaker , which is ok if they don’t but to tell my wife on the phone , “HELL NO” then hang up on her is very unprofessional, if you don’t like helping customers get another job.

  New patient: After learning I was expecting my first child and relocating to a new area, I was extremely satisfied with the healthcare that I received from UM Charles Regional Medical Group-Women’s Health at White Plains (with Midwife Jashia Pickney). Jashia provided the utmost highest standard to medical attention, compassion and competency to my needs. Jashia was always prompt to my scheduled appointments and spent quality time during each visit. She was a great listener and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. She listened carefully to all my concerns and provided great resolution to any issues or difficult matters. Jashia was also present during my intake for labor which made my family extremely comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased with my service from the front staff, phlebotomists and my midwife.

  I think the serve this community well. Nice staff and thorough. No complaints, especially being that great experiences are hard to come by. Solid overall.
