- RHrogan harrisAug 11, 20265.0I needed my glasses fixed, my daughter tried to wear them, and I came in to get them repaired and look for new ones. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by the salesperson who was very friendly. After trying on several glasses, the person helping me looked up my insurance, but I have to wait till January. I was very pleased with how courteous everyone was and will be happy to come back when my insurance is available again. Great place great people!

After paying for the exam and frame, the floor manager wrote on the receipt with asterisk "Customer understands there is no refund" and asked me to sign it. I have been going to eyeglass store for 25 years and this has never happened to me, so I asked why. He said it's the policy, I am from Africa. I asked to to see any receipt with the same quote for signature and he couldn't provide one. Instead he started pushing and shoving. In the end we got our money back and left. Lens Crafters inside Wheaton Mall did the same glass for $100 less. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone!!

I felt like he treated me like family. He took his time and made sure I got the best prescription possible. He also conducted a thorough eye exam. Furthermore, I also appreciate that the salesperson did not pressure me to buy glasses there. He simply asked me if I want to buy, I politely declined the offer, he handed me my prescription paper, wished me a good day, and I left.
