The person who helped me on Saturday, 12 September 2026, was Kayla, and she was super nice and very accommodating to make sure my glasses were adjusted to fit me properly. I think they may have a new customer, and I think this location is a great place to buy glasses from. I have nothing but positive things to say about Kayla's expertise and the way she helped ensure my glasses had a proper fit. I am very happy and pleased with my experience at this LensCrafters.

I had two pair reading glasses that the nose guards were very loose. She immediately got a small tool repair kit and proceeded to correct the situation, and that she did... very professional and asked if there was anything else she could help me with.
