All of our questions were satisfactorily answered and the staff was helpful with recommendations to my 12 year old son around fit and style of frames. We will return to this store.

They have misrepresented services and worse charges to my credit card I would stay away from the Towson store especially. They misrepresent and change their story nearly every time I speak to them and the quality and professionalism of their staff has declined tremendously. My experience with the Towson store was so terrible that I will not return or order from any of their stores and I will be sure to broadcast this message to my network of people I know. PS: I'm sure this will come as no surprise, but WP responded, inviting me to email them to discuss what happened. I have emailed them twice. They have failed to respond. Clearly, customer service is no longer a priority for that company.
