  Really good experience here. The salesperson was helpful and friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all. I like that the frames here seem to be better quality than another big-box eyewear store I tried. The prices at WP were actually better than the other store, so I ended up purchasing from here. Good selection and they carried wider frame sizes. Yes, I would recommend you try this store before buying from a competitor. I shopped around and WP saved me money. Thanks!

  This store was great. I'm new to the area, so it was my 1st visit to this store. But I've used Warby Parker for my glasses for the past 10 years. Love the selections and they always get my tricky prescription correct!

  I have ordered glasses online and had no issues but this time I decided to go into the store. I ordered my glasses on the 17th and decided to check my order status through the app and seen that my order was canceled. I called to find out why and was told that the customer canceled order. I explained I was the customer and I did not cancel. It showed that the order was canceled the same day I placed the order. I explained that I never called to cancel and asked what my options are. I was told that the order can be placed again and I could get expited delivery. Expedited was 10 days. That is not expited this was the same time frame I was told at the store when order was placed. I am very angry because I wanted to get my glasses before I left for vacation but that is not going to happen. Warby someone dropped the ball and decided to blame it on the customer. Not cool. I will definitely be shopping elsewhere. FOLLOW UP: I received a call from the representative from the Towson store that placed my original order, very sweet young lady, who explained what happened with my order. I was very impressed with how quickly someone reached out to me about this issue. She explained that customer service reached out to the store after I contacted them about my order and wanted to make everything right. The call ended well and with a solution to the problem. I originally gave one star but I have upgraded to a 3

  1st time visiting and it was great. They have up to date equipment that made it easy. The doctor it virtual but he/she still explain everything that was done in the exam and still an eye exam. You can't beat the frame prices and my insurance was take there also. The employees are very pleasant and helpful for framing fittings and explaining your pricing. So go check them out it might be worth you time.
