  I’ve been a patient here for over 18 years, and this office used to be excellent. I recommended them often, and the midwives helped deliver all three of my children. Unfortunately, their appointment‑scheduling system has changed, and it has become extremely difficult to receive routine care. I called three months ago to schedule my annual exam, a basic preventive visit to ensure there are no cervical cancer concerns and was told they were fully booked and could not schedule anything. I was told I was placed on a cancellation list and someone would call me when an appointment opened up. That was in May. Seeing as it is now mid-August, I called again to get any future date on the calendar, and the receptionist said she could not pull up the schedule. I asked if she could provide any timeline for when an appointment might become available, and she said she could not, I simply needed to keep waiting for someone to call me whenever. I don’t know if this new policy deprioritizes non‑pregnant patients but waiting months without the ability to schedule a routine exam is unacceptable. I now have to find another provider and hope that this delay has not postponed care I should have received much sooner.

  Dr janoo is the absolute best she listens to me and address all my concerns expeditiously I am so grateful for her and the whole team there from the front desk to the nursing staff they are all fantastic I highly recommend this office

  I have always spoke highly of this practice and the providers and staff are amazing! They recently switched to a call system for appointments which has been very difficult to get a hold of the office often taking days to respond with availability. Today 5-1 I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I tried to call and make sure it was okay that I still come but no one answered the phone so I figured I may as well try. Upon arrival I was told that I would have to wait another 40 minutes or reschedule another day after explaining to the receptionist that I had to bring my 2 sick children and husband because I was suffering from debilitating headaches and could not drive myself. I understand office policies for lateness and would have stayed home or drove straight to the emergency room if I was told I could not been seen due to lateness, however there are times when accommodations could and should be made for patient welfare(there were 2 other patients in the waiting room). I am so disappointed in the manner that this was handled especially given my medical concerns not being relayed to medical professionals by the front desk staff, is this not negligent?

  I switched to WHA at the beginning of my third pregnancy and I typically see a midwife named Monique. She is my favorite person that I have ever dealt with in the medical field. I really didn't know that going to the doctors could be so relaxing. I'm so glad that I made the switch and I feel so much less stress with this pregnancy.
