  Dr janoo is the absolute best she listens to me and address all my concerns expeditiously I am so grateful for her and the whole team there from the front desk to the nursing staff they are all fantastic I highly recommend this office

  I have always spoke highly of this practice and the providers and staff are amazing! They recently switched to a call system for appointments which has been very difficult to get a hold of the office often taking days to respond with availability. Today 5-1 I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I tried to call and make sure it was okay that I still come but no one answered the phone so I figured I may as well try. Upon arrival I was told that I would have to wait another 40 minutes or reschedule another day after explaining to the receptionist that I had to bring my 2 sick children and husband because I was suffering from debilitating headaches and could not drive myself. I understand office policies for lateness and would have stayed home or drove straight to the emergency room if I was told I could not been seen due to lateness, however there are times when accommodations could and should be made for patient welfare(there were 2 other patients in the waiting room). I am so disappointed in the manner that this was handled especially given my medical concerns not being relayed to medical professionals by the front desk staff, is this not negligent?

  THE BEST! I recommend them to everyone. I had the best experience with my first baby. The midwives are so kind, thorough, and not pushy. They respect your wishes and aim to give you the best care! Thank you WHA. :)
