  Extremely frustrating experience NO ANSWERS Absolutely terrible office. I’ve called so many times and no one ever calls back. I’ve been waiting months for CPAP supplies, and the office manager is completely unresponsive. Getting answers shouldn’t be this difficult. Zero communication, zero accountability, and absolutely no sense of urgency. It’s no wonder this place has such terrible reviews. REPORTING THEM

  It's really difficult to make an appointment. I recently called the clinic to get an appointment to change the headgear/mask with my CPAP. Someone picked up the call and transferred me somewhere and the phone just rang more than twenty times with no answer. This is not the first time I've experienced a lack of response by phone. I actually had to stop by the clinic and walk in just to make an appointment. Frustrating, and a reason to try and find another office.

  Quite literally the worst healthcare provider I have ever visited. There is a complete lack of follow-up, minimal regard for patient care, and consistently rude reception staff. I was scheduled to have a sleep study done back in October, and now—nearly six months later—I’ve had to go to another organization just to get it completed. When I recently called to schedule an appointment with the doctor to discuss treatment options, I was told I need a new referral. This makes no sense, as I already have one on file—something that should be easily verified by reviewing my records. Unless, of course, proper records are not being maintained, which honestly would not be surprising given my experience. - Samuel A.

  Doctor CHIURCO is an amazing doctor. She takes such good care of her patience. She’s an excellent pulmonologist and cares about her patience I would recommend her to anybody.

  I called to schedule an appointment with pulmonary doctor, a woman who answered the phone was so rude and bossy and told me that we need to go to the hospital instead, I I mentioned that patient was discharged from the hospital and just saw PCP, both said to make an appointment with pulmonary doctor, I had to repeat myself and she became more rude after I asked why she is been harsh to me?
