  Absolutely wonderful experience! I have dental anxiety and everyone from the front desk, her assistant and Dr. Richardson was comforting and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an endodontist!

  Warning: Refund issue not resolved! I was charged a significant amount for a short visit and was told that the portion covered by my insurance would be refunded. Although my insurance covered most of the visit, I still have not received the refund four months later. I have contacted the office numerous times regarding this matter. On some occasions, staff asked me to hold and then disconnected the call after a long wait, despite stating that they would follow up with me. At other times, the office manager said the check was on its way, but was unable to confirm whether it had actually been mailed or provide a tracking number. This experience has been unacceptable and reflects poorly on this office.

  Endodontist Brenda Richardson in Towson. Very clean professional office with knowledgeable staff.My root canal before and after care was great.Dr. Brenda Richardson performed root canal without removing my crown. She explained everything before the removal and didn't mind me asking questions. She made me feel safe and removed my anxiety during the process. I would definitely recommend her.

  Where do I start, Dr. Richardson and her staff made my appointment the best dental visit I have ever had. From scheduling to procedure of a root canal it was a great experience. All staff was caring and attentive. Dr. Richardson was amazing and made the procedure a breeze, no discomfort, and felt cared for.

  Dr. Richardson is such a joy to go to for procedures that would otherwise give considerable anxiety. She is caring, extremely thorough, funny, and an overall consummate professional. Her staffs also universally kind, accommodating and personable.
