  Horror of an experience. Brandy the older front desk clerk decided she wanted to slam her computer mouse down, when asking was how much longer we had to wait for pediatrics to come pick up my child..We waited almost two hours for my child to be seen.. And just asking a question does not warrant an employee to slam thier work computer mouse down then act like we are bothering them, because she was havung a side conversation with other employees. I will will never come here again. This was a very bad experience.

  This used to be well run, now it’s not. If you come with an “injury” you will wait hours in the regular adult emergency triage. If you have an injury, common after school or sports injury, avoid this place unless you enjoy waiting long periods with lots of sick adults…

  Great hospital!!! Amazing staff - very professional, knowledgeable and experienced doctors and nurses! Place is very clean, rooms are specious with a private bathroom, tv and snacks offered by medical personal, so you can comfortably stay there. We didn’t have to leave under diagnosed as usual after visiting other hospitals, instead, we got the cause of a sickness, complete blood panel, and the culture test I asked for is still cooking. Nurse got my son’s blood quickly and she didn’t have to poke him twice looking for veins. I highly recommend this hospital and can surely say that this is the best place in Baltimore county! Million thanks to a great staff!

  Wow! This is the customer service I've been looking for. The nurses were all skilled, patient and they even interacted with my son. They were thorough. The doctor was absolutely awesome and took her time with us to answer questions. She made us feel so comfortable. My son said he had fun which is never the case at a hospital. It's always extremely stressful with him crying, screaming and not allowing any procedures without a big hassle. He willingly participated today and I was shocked and relieved. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The room was impeccably clean and looked more like a hotel room. Definitely worth the long trip getting here. They even gave him a popsicle, said goodbye to him and made sure we had napkins and everything we needed. The visit was also quick.
