  I was very pleased with the service and care I received at Towson Miracle Ear. Due to a turnover in staffing, there was a long delay in receiving my benefit insurance check: however, Iris worked timelessly and professionally making sure I received my benefit check. I appreciate her efforts and kindness. She is vital to the organization.

  Iris is very passionate and knowledgeable about hearing aids. I 10/10 would recommend her for anyone interested in getting a hearing test and hearing aid evaluation.
