  I have been a Miracle Ear customer for a number of years and I have always appreciated the wonderful attention and service that I have received from the Towson store. However, I want to comment specifically on the superior service I received from Iris and Stephanie during my recent visit this week. Iris performed an extensive hearing test on me that uncovered further hearing difficulties that required significant adjustments to my hearing profile that has improved my hearing 100 percent. As for Stephanie, she is always a joy to be around with her pleasant demeanor and smile, not to mention her attentiveness to customers in need. I salute both of them!! John Darlington

  Absolutely 💯 Awesome services. Staff members Iris and Stephanie have been amazing with support, communication and services to provide me with excellence with support for my hearing deficit needs. I’ve been with another competitor prior to and their services and products were far less useful. Thank goodness for I can finally hear as the product and service has changed my life. Additionally, their also assisting me with Caption Call has been extremely helpful and important support with home phone services and their service only compliments Miracle Ear and the hearing aid and hearing deficit consumers needs. Kudos to Miracle Ear and superior staff members Iris and Stephanie!

  A big thank you, thank you, thank you, to Iris and Stephanie. The fabulous “duo” at Miracles Ear in Towson, MD. I knew my hearing was on the edge, but I never dreamed it was as bad as it is. I called Miracle Ear as I had received a card in the mail that said I could get a “full tune up,” absolutely free if I called for an appointment. I thought that was the easy part, but no……getting tested was a breeze and it did show that I had significant hearing loss. Iris went through everything about your “Miracle aides,” I learned more than I ever thought was possible! But the icing on the cake was when Iris put my test hearing aides in my ears. I could not believe anything was in my ears…….they were so comfortable that I had to check twice to see if they were actually in my ears. They were, and I was sold! We bought my aides after wearing them at home for a few days. If I have any complaints it is that I waited too long before checking in with Miracle Ear! My new girlfriends were wonderful and the office, that would be Stephanie, were outstanding and on a scale of one to five, they get a “perfect 10‼️”. Thank you Iris and Stephanie, you both are the best,. I promise a few stop in’s so we don’t lose touch, Thank you both for everything‼️ Susan O’Neill Santoni And thank you Miracle Ear‼️

  Iris was fantastic!..she listened and was extremely knowledgeable helpful and friendly Stephanie is a great front office person..Friendly and got me in sooner when there was an opening..Overall..a wonderful Miracle Ear experience!
