No one asked me what I was here for. By 12:35 I was finally seen. The eye appointment went fine, it was standard. The workers who are supposed to check out/help with the prescription were super unprofessional. They seem young so I’ll give them a little grace, but they will ignore you unless you get their attention. As I was checking out, I waited about 5 minutes before she asked me if I had insurance (which she should have already known because she had my information on file). All in all, I wouldn’t come back here. I’ll take my prescription somewhere else. I wasn’t about to spent $250 at a place where my time isn’t respected or where I feel like I’m wasting their time.
