  I visited Lens crafter an Laura was so Pleasant,Happy person,Professional and took the time to actually Listen to my concerns with wearing glasses .Great visit ..Laura in Delaney Valley.10 stars please let her know ,Job well done an keep her beautiful smile it helps other smile with her 😊

  Such a great experience. The manager of the store is top notch. Customer service and friendless were exceptional.

  Exceedingly bad. Single person at the counter on the phone. We came in with frames that needed some repair. She told us to go sit down as she was on the phone. We sat there waiting for a while. We were the only people in the store. She remained on the phone, yelled to the back and was told by two other people that they were both on "break." She was very frazzled by this, rolled her eyes, and yelled to my dad for his info, quickly looked up the account and informed us we did not buy the warranty so she could not help us, we should leave. Just then an associate from the back said he'd come out. He went back in and we waiting for a while longer. He finally came back out and looked over the frames. He turned and twisted the frames and handed them to us. They were no better. Left to avoid wasting more time. We went to an alternative LensCrafters location and got attentive treatment, glasses were fixed quickly, zero issues, great experiences. What's going on here? Why is Nigel gone? We'd bought multiple pairs of glasses at this location before from him. He was great, just like most other people at LensCrafters. People come for the people. Doesn't matter you're outside the mall now in some larger space if you got rid of the good people and hired people who are inconsistent with the LensCrafter experience. Will drive the 40 min to Columbia forever from now on to avoid this location.

  They literally do magic and they are the only people who do great repair and make the glasses as good as new. They even have not charge me for the three times I have used their repair service. The guy who does the repair is an expert. I strongly recommend them.

  Some of the staff wasn't professional. The older ladies that works there where nice and professional. The younger staff was unprofessional especially the young lady that helped me. Don't know her name because she never introduced herself. She was light skinned and heavy set. There was another customer being waited on beside me, she was in that customer business instead of helping me, that customer had someone helping them! Got through that went to pay for the glasses, the same young lady, she and another guy staffer was talking about what they going to eat for lunch, just rude, I have places to go! Came back a week later to pick up the glasses, same young lady help me. I tried them on, she didn't ask if they fit right, are they comfortable, total silence! We stared at each other for a few seconds then I said thanks. Just bad customer service by the young staffers, won't be back!!!
