- PSPatrick Bell, Sr.4 days ago5.0Excellent care and professional and friendly service.
- GLGeorge Lee5 days ago5.0Outstanding customer service from the moment I walked into LensCrafters! From my eye exam to choosing and ordering my new frames, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. The staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. I left feeling great about my purchase and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
- NCNicholas ComaromiSep 23, 20263.0The store was open at 9 a.m. sharp, and I was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic young woman. Turns out she was also the med. tech for my eye exam, and she was terrific. As was the optometrist. The selection process for the glasses took far longer than expected, hence the 3 stars. The sales staff was very nice, but the process took over an hour.
- JAJoshua AsherSep 8, 20263.0Eye exam was fine but the staff not so much. the lady removing the lenses from my old frames had nails so long she had difficulty removing the small screws. She also seemed reluctant disclose my pupillary distance which would allow me to purchase glasses online or at another store - I had to ask her several times.
- RGRobert GrossAug 29, 20265.0I had a real good experience with LensCrafters on 8-28-2026I was on time for my appointment. The young lady took me back to do the eye exam in a few minutes. I saw the doctor and then a few minutes after that I came out I did my young lady help me with my glasses sales rep. She was very polite patient because she was the only one there and I had a great experience.
