- NSNicole Lubi SamaniegoDec 8, 20221.0I called for help four times and the four times I was hung up on. They didn’t help me with what I needed. I am still not able to access the medical records that I asked for and honestly prefer to go to a completely different area to get my test done if this is how they treat their patients. My patient portal is very limited, which is why I was calling to get more information sent into the portal, emailed, or mailed to me, however wasn’t able to talk with anyone because they didn’t care.

The parking 🅿️ lot was right next to the building with handicap parking spots. The receptionist was wonderful as she greeted me. The technicians were fantastic. They put me at ease for my MRI test. They made sure I was comfortable and if I needed assistance they were nearby to help. I really appreciate their kindness 🙂💖.
