- MSMeona Sims1 day ago5.0Wow! When I say there are no words to describe how amazing my daughter’s experience was, believe it! I left a message for Dr.Lee at 4:15am, because my daughter was in excruciating pain and needed a root canal ASAP! She got back to me within 2hrs and allowed us to come in before she started her day to ensure she could squeeze my daughter in. From the moment we walked through the door Dr. Lee was patient, kind, understanding, and eager to help. My daughter has terrible anxiety due to horrible past experiences, but Dr. Lee extended her so much grace and patience. My 10 year old was able to be so brave and go through a root canal procedure without feeling any pain! She smiled so big when we left and said “Wow mommy that wasn’t bad at all”. All of the staff were extremely friendly, kind, and professional as well. They praised my baby for her bravery and assisted me with a smooth and easy checkout! By the time we got to the pharmacy that was 10mins away, her prescription was already called in and ready. All that to say, I will recommend everyone to go here if possible. The amount of empathy Dr. Lee had you can’t find anywhere else. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby, I truly appreciate you and your team from the bottom of my heart.
- PMPam McNeal1 day ago5.0Let me tell you, I have NEVER been so "cared-for" in a dental office. I am such a wuss, rightfully so... when you are getting major work done on your teeth. I came in with pain and anxiety but I left with a treated tooth (post root canal), calm and without pain. Dr. Kathy Lee and Risi, gave me unwavering support throughout the procedure. I almost fell asleep! Read that again... If you need serious work done (endodontist) please go to Dr. Kathy Lee. You will absolutely not regret it. Thank you Dr. Kathy Lee, aka "The Bees Knees".

In addition, because of his witty , charm and sense of humor he makes you feel very at ease with any procedure being done in his office . His office staff and assistants are also very kind, helpful , amd wonderful with explanations for procedures and billing. . Thank you sterling endodontics. .
- TRTara R5 days ago5.0Dr. Roller did an emergency root canal on my husband last year. He and the dental assistant, Melenie, were so patient, kind and supportive with my husband that I IMMEDIATELY knew who I wanted to perform my root canal. I had a semi anxiety attack once the procedure started and was not made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Dr. Roller reassured me that we were not on a time schedule so I could take the time I needed to get calm or even reschedule. He was polite, engaging and professional. My tooth was a bit complicated which required more time, drilling and tugging, yet I fell asleep. Thats how gentle Dr. Roller works. A day after my procedure, I have soreness if i press on the area but do not have any pain. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this team whether in the Glen Burnie or Timonium office. Dr. Roller and Melenie are an INCREDIBLE team.
