They have followed up with my providers about prescription issues, you can reach a live worker over the phone, additionally Giant improved their automated phone service for the pharmacy , and also offers an app. If you encounter longer lines at this pharmacy, go in the hour before they close. Yes they are a busy pharmacy, but I feel the workers are kind and helpful especially for the volume of patients they have . Isa the pharmacist has always been especially helpful and is always pleasant (even when I am not.) thank you giant pharmacy team!
