- JYJenny YeungFeb 12, 20262.0Had a follow up appointment. Waited nearly two hours after my scheduled appointment time without being seen because I had another appointment after. Never was told the doctor was running behind and was left just waiting in the room. When I told the front desk I had to leave soon, she told me another 10 minutes, I waited another 30 and still was not seen. The doctor was nice, but has no communication skills or time management. If it was communicated to me I would have been understanding but I was left waiting and now unseen. I will not return.
- SWSulafa Simsaa WebsterFeb 5, 20251.0Read healthgrades. I’ve seen Dr. Schultz twice before and both times there were ridiculous waits. Her and her receptionist have no sense of urgency or sticking to the actual time of your appointment. Today I saw the doctor while I was waiting and asked after waiting almost 30 mins, if I would be seen soon. She was very sarcastic and rude in her response and told me that that’s the way it goes. I told her that I like coming to this practice, however not sticking to the schedule is very disrespectful to one’s time. I mentioned that I am working and need to get back for meeting. She sarcastically told me, “who isn’t?” She then proceeded to tell me about a practice that I should consider and as she is telling me about this practice, she mentions that they also work with the Wizards team. Then she turns her head looks me up and down and says, “well it’s not like you would qualify for the Wizards anyway”. I was appalled and in shock at her rude and crass comment. It was completely uncalled for & unprofessional.
- DADanny AskarinamJun 18, 20181.0I went to see Dr Schultz several years ago. She used to make me and my mother wait 1.5 to 2 hours on average despite showing up on time for appointments. When my mother confronted her about the long wait times she got very confrontational and mentioned that my insurance (medicaid) didn't pay her enough. She then proceeded to kick me and my mother out of her office. I would highly recommend to stay away from her at all costs.
